As a Day Shift Supervisor at Temple Generation, I am responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the power plant. My role involves monitoring and controlling various plant systems, including boilers, turbines, pumps, and instrumentation. I collaborate with a team of operators to maintain optimal plant performance and ensure the safe and efficient generation of power.

• Perform water chemistry analyses to ensure water quality.
• Oversaw site winter preparedness as Winter Readiness Coordinator.
• Oversaw plant EHS activities for adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Managed vendor relations and responded to inquiries.
• Maintained relationships with vendors and contractors to facilitate efficient delivery of services.

• Read and interpreted specifications, diagrams and blueprints for job.
• Isolated steam, gases, and liquids from pipelines to facilitate maintenance procedures.
• Examined installations, repaired leaks, and adjusted pipes.
• Facilitated the commissioning process of new equipment per customer specifications.
• Filled pipes with water or air, observing pressure gauges, and pipes to troubleshoot and locate leaks.
