    • Executive sponsor of the Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Board chaired by Gloria Steinem.
    • Co-produced the VICE Guide to Vice which codifies VICE’s mission, values and code.
    • Worked across the organization to forge new collaborations between departments including a comprehensive talent management strategy.
    • Committed to diverse representation across all platforms to amplify voices not commonly heard.
    • Identified and mentored new talent for VICE TV late night talk show bringing Jemele Hill and Cari Champion to the channel in August 2020.
    • Negotiated development agreement between VICE TV and Michael K. Williams for a second season of "Black Market."
    • Initiated Vice News first-ever live coverage of the 2020 Iowa Brown and Black Forum, the nations oldest presidential forum dedicated exclusively to addressing issues facing communities of color. Over 1 million views on digital.

    • Created a full-day of programming making Juneteenth across all platforms of the VICE Media Group.
