Provide medical and personal care (including tracheostomy and G-tube) to patients in their homes, administering medications and treatments, assessing health, dressing wounds, coordination of care with physicians and educating patients and families on self-care and home safety.

Provide assistance with personal care needs, prepare patient for home dialysis, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping and pet care. Reference available upon request.

Conduct patient assessments to ensure surgical readiness. Assessments include reviewing medication, allergies, medical history, performing physical assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic testing per MD orders and patient education.

Charge RN duties include supervising nursing staff, overseeing patient care, managing patient assignments, managing daily operations and acting as liaison among staff, management and patients. Staff RN duties conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing patient care plans, crisis intervention and prevention, medication administration, advocating for patient rights, education of patients and collaborating with psychiatrists and therapists.

Travel team duties include preparing COVID test samples for processing at neighboring satellite facilities and around the country. Clinic duties include conducting physical assessments, coordination of care, administering medications and treatments, providing education, triaging patients, prescription refills per protocol, performing accurate documentation and assisting with medical treatments.

Provide patient assessments, administering medications and treatment, monitoring VS, telemetry and labs, patient and family education and collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement care. Also, management of tracheostomies, oxygen therapy, G-tubes, chest tubes, colostomies, PCA pumps and Kangaroo pumps.

Provide direct healthcare to inmates, administering medications, managing chronic conditions, physical and mental assessments, providing emergency care and health education.

Crisis intervention and prevention, performing patient assessment, medication administration, collaborating with physicians and therapists, advocate for patient rights, patient education, development and implementing care plans, admissions and discharges.

Provide assistance with personal care needs/ADLs, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, facilitate collaboration between PCP and specialists, housekeeping and pet care.

Conducting physical assessments, coordination of care, administering medications and treatments, providing education, triaging patients, prescription refills per protocol, performing accurate documentation and assisting with medical treatments and procedures.

Working in multiple departments and locations including internal medicine, rheumatology, hematology/oncology, GI, pulmonary, sleep medicine, cardiology, dermatology and endocrinology. Clinic duties include conducting physical assessments, coordination of care, administering medications and treatments, providing education, triaging patients, prescription refills per protocol, performing accurate documentation and assisting with medical treatments.
