I was elected as a steward in June 2019, became interim Chairwoman in September 2020, Elected in January 2021 as Chairwoman and re-elected in June 2022. The following are some of my accomplishments:

*Won two major grievances, one increased all of production and materials pay rate. The other grievance was majority of maintenance received back pay for breakage of the contract.

* Won many grievances that returned terminated union members back to work with pay.

*Wrote new language for apprentice program left unfinished by previous Chairman.

*Created new language for 2019 contract and was apart of the negotiation team as a steward.

*Negotiated all over time paid at double time for over a year for all members(letter of understanding).

*Letters of understanding that added two new union job to the plant.

*Letter of understanding that increased the team leaders pay.

*Letter of understanding that temporarily paid all end of line union members extra to help quality.

• Inspecting coffee and vending machines for flaws.
• Tested each machine daily for accuracy.
• Placing vending orders, Submitting monthly budgets using spreadsheet. Repairing, filing, cash handling of all snack and coffee machines.
