  • Responsible for screening, enrollment and management of patients for the multidisciplinary cancer research team in the Cancer Care Outpatient – Simmons Cancer Center. I‘m responsible for scheduling tests (labs, biopsies, CT imaging, etc.) procedures and research visits based on protocol schedule of events for patients, complete case reports forms (paper and electronic) based on source documentation, enter data in sponsor-specific databases. I enter infusion communications, visit research notes and adverse events in Epic. I have also completed some Beacon validation order sets when I was without a CRM for about 4-5 months (sometime in year 2022). I also did lead CRC tasks with completing CRs and AUs for the IRB. I also train and guide new CRCs and check-off their learning during training. Submit AEs and SAEs to sponsors, local IRB and DSMC. Follow GCP, HIPAA Human Subjects training and guidelines for the overall management of patients.
