Summary

I am a very compassionate and understanding person, that works well with staff and adheres to facility rules and regulations. While it is my job to keep both patients and staff safe, it is my goal is to help patients look deep inside and find the courage and the will to learn about themselves and make positive changes in their lives. I know that it is part of human nature to suffer and overcome, reaching new states of gratitude and understanding only possible through experiences. Some times all that a patient needs to hear is that you were once in the same situation they were, and that you were able to heal. This gives patients hope, something tangible to hold onto while they learn to change and ultimately heal themselves. Compassion is the greatest form of love.
