Took samples of sand for both dry and wet plant to assure quality meets required standards. If quality is not meeting the standards im going into the each of the 12 Swecos that has screens divinding the certain mesh and seeing if there is any ripped screens and if there is replacing them immediately.

• Working in the Screen house insuring product is going through the correct screen for the correct mesh size. If product is failing im going in to each of the 8 shakers trying to find a torn screen or the issues causing the material to fail.
• Loading Sand from the scalehouse silos from the PO the drivers give us through CB radio communication each driver has his own PO for different meshes. Load times range from 8 to 10 min per truck with only two scales and 4 silos and a automated system to do most the work.
• Helping production on both wet and dry side by feeding in the hoppers with 982 Cat loader ensuring the plant never runs out of feed and customers always get what is requested no matter the situation is.
• Pre-inspection on plant vehicles and as well as the plant itself depending on where supervisor has you working. This is #1 priority at the beginning of every shift no exceptions.

Check trucks in at kiosk then weigh them at scale house, Do pre-shift inspection to ensure load-out is operating correctly. Know how to operate a 926m loader and a skid steer. Able to preform a mobile equipment inspection to ensure all equipment being used is in good proper working condition. Know how to preform lock out and tag out procedure correctly on any nonoperational equipment. Safety is always my number one priority when i begin and when leaving my shift i make sure me and my fellow coworkers always do things in the safest way possible to make sure we all go home at the end of the day.

Check trucks in and weight them, handle bill of lading paperwork, open and close trailer lids, pre-shift inspection to ensure plant is operating correctly. Fill out end of shift operation paper work for supervisor to review. Know how to operate a 906M front end loader and a skid steer. Check for damages on equipment from previous shifts and inspect bucket pins. Check fluids, bolts missing out of rims, horn, back up alarm on equipment, and for any cracked windows. Perfom lock out and tag out on any unoperational equipment and shovel under conveyor belts.
