Martine Theodore

Hi, My name is Martine Theodore I'm 23 years old. I moved to New York during the summer of 2023 with a dream of becoming a couture fashion designer . I'm currently attending New York School of Design to improve my skills with learning pattern making, draping and much more.

I have experience working as a seamstress back in Fl there I would work on wedding veils, Hems, hand beading work, and help the seamstress with the fitting room. I also have experience working as a fitting room assistant in brooklyn New York I would help the bride get into her dress ask her if she needs any water, help her to get her shoes on and make sure everything is ok before the seamstress come in to take a look at the dress. I would also be doing a little bit of jewelry sales work. I would also answer phone calls , take appointments and make sure everything is cleaned up in the fitting room before the bride comes in and I would be doing this throughout the day. I have so much more to learn and to understand when it comes to sales and just being in the fashion industry but I'm willing to learn, work hard and get myself there. I would love to be a part of your team and grow with you.
