  • Ritter Insurance Marketing hired me in2020 to come on board to lead their growth through acquisition initiative and complete15 deals and integrations in the last two years and lead to Ritter being acquired by Integrity Marketing Group.
  • Katerra was a new start-up experiencing tremendous growth. As Director of Process & Systems Integration, Finance, led major & critical transformation of the business through leading mergers & acquisitions and a divestiture. Led design and development of new global Inter-Company Billing initiative to standardize and automate IC billing between multiple entities within SAP ERP and other ERP systems.
  • Sanmina needed to strengthen cyber security defenses globally to ensure compliance with new US Government regulations. As Director of IT Global Business Services (FIN, M&A, HR, IT), led56 mil strategic initiative with a focus on defense and medical business units. Performed AS IS analysis; Planned TO BE state; identified gaps; managed multi-functional IT & Business team projects to procure, implement and adopt new solution approaches. Delivered successful adoption of over30 projects over a twelve-month period.
  • Sanmina made a strategic decision to change the global tax infrastructure. As Manager IT Global Business Services (FIN & HR), led a two-year global deployment of a new consignment and Buy Sell Inter-Company business models across all Sanmina's legal entities.
