· Provides direct clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as needed.

· Insures that assigned clinicians complete clinical documentation in a timely manner in accordance with Virginia Mental Health and Substance Abuse regulation and policy.

· Coordinates training opportunities for clinicians, co-facilitates bi-monthly staff meetings and presents relevant content to include, Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and evidence-based practices based on staff needs.
