• Developing and maintaining new upstart business. Using sales and distribution background to deliver quality tools to a specific group of customers( farmers, Ranchers, and Dairy farmers, throughout the U.S. less California. Along with the daily operations, (Payroll,interfacing with factoring Co, collections , purchasing, along with daily, and sales training, and shipping schedule.

• Provided technical troubleshooting and problem solving for clients in manufacturing specifically in electrical and mechanical application dealing in power transmission and motion controls. The generating of new accounts and the maintaining of relationships with clients on a daily basis, while introducing new technology to the client in order to maintain a proactive approach.

Maintaining approximately 70 accounts while increasing my ability to take on large projects in manufacturing along with the municipality responsibilities also included the assisting of new Sales Engineers in helping to open new accounts.
