  • Swords to Plowshares helps to significantly reduce homelessness and poverty among veterans, and enables all veterans to have access to the care and services they need to rebuild their lives
  • I maintained effective interface with community resources for advocacy and linkage and referral to services assisting clients in achieving treatment goals
  • Worked closely with counselors from other components of Swords to Plowshares and the VA caseworkers to stabilize clients and to maximize their potential for success in the program
