  • I supervise and help manage all front-end associates and activities in accordance with the productivity plan to assure outstanding customer service. (Including the Liquor Store; and Hannaford to Go from 2018-2020). Scheduling, performance management, training and managing payroll. I handle customer and associate's questions, comments and complaints. Treating associates and customers fairly and consistently. I also assist the Associate Relations Manager with interviews, orientations, payroll and all other HR functions as needed. Lead for our United Way campaign and Co-lead customer and associate excitement team (CAE) for in store and customer events. Also serve as a district resource for Customer Service, as well as participated as the D8 lead for the connecting with retail calls for the front end.
