Committees

I am a member of the NPD (Nursing Professional Development committee in our Health System. I represent our unit by collaborating with the members of my committee and representatives of other committees to come up with ways to improve patient care while increasing patient satisfaction. We also investigate promoting nurses into different ranks, after which they receive a raise hence increasing employee satisfaction
