I embody the traits of a highly dependable truck loader, characterized by diligence, hard work, and adeptness in acquiring new skills. My commitment to excellence ensures that once I dedicate myself to a task, I persevere until its successfully completed. My journey with Steel Technologies started on August 30, 2021, at the banding line, I transitioned to truck loading on April 8, 2022. Initially daunting, this new role has proven change, enriching me in many ways. Daily interactions with colleagues and pushing beyond my comfort zone have been instrumental in my personal growth during my time with this company.

Throughout my time here, I've never had any accidents or property damage. Prioritizing safety, I meticulously execute my duties, safeguarding not only myself but also my fellow team members. I've trained two individuals at the loading dock, providing them with unwavering guidance and fostering an environment where questions are encouraged and I never want them to feel rushed. I always want them to know their safety comes first.

Reflecting on my journey, had someone proposed four years ago that I would find fulfillment loading trucks in a steel factory, I would have dismissed it with laughter. However, my present reality resonates differently; I embrace this profession with pride, recognizing the essential value of my contributions in helping others' and extending kindness to the truck drivers who come in day to day.

The prospect of advancing into a management role excites me immensely. I am confident in my ability to surpass expectations. I firmly believe that Steel Technologies is where my talents are best suited, and I am eager to continue contributing to its success.
