I was employed at Resorts Hotel and Casino of Atlantic City as an IT Support Services Manager for nineteen years. Throughout my professional career, I have worked as a productive team member involved in computer research and troubleshooting. I am fully trained and experienced in the expanded usage of Microsoft Office 365. I have extensive hands-on experience with SQL, QRY, and Show Case report writer tools. I am very knowledgeable in iSeries and network security administering accounts [Active Directory/shared drive access]. I have participated in extensive IT internal/outside Audits- (Sarbanes Oxley Compliance & Deloitte). I am a dedicated worker who wants to achieve!
