- Float between the Burn ICU (over 192 hours), Surgical ICU, Cardiac Vascular ICU, Neurological ICU, Multi-specialty ICU, and the Medical ICU to provide immediate and sensitive care to 2 critical patients per shift.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including MDs, APNs, Respiratory Therapists, and Pharmacy Technicians.

- Manage and assess different patient populations with medical devices including Mechanical Ventilators, CVVHD, Balloon Pumps, LVADs, PCA devices, Tracheostomies, and Wound vacs.
- Continuously monitor patients' statuses through telemetry monitoring including arterial blood pressures, central venous pressures and pulmonary arterial pressures.
- Provide direct nurse care including IV starts, frequent blood draws, wound care, patient education, and updating patient care plans.
