  • I began my employment with Amazon as a Tier 1 Fulfillment Center Associate at MQY1. As a Tier 1, I received the GOAT award for consistently being a top performer in my department. I also cross-trained in 4 different pathways, including Problem Solve.
  • In September of 2023, I became a Learning Ambassador in AFE Pack-flow. I enjoyed teaching the new hires how to pack and took pride in seeing them complete their training with confidence in the quality of work they produced.
  • I February of 2024, I accepted a position as a Supportive Staffing Associate (SSA) with Workforce Staffing. In that role, I assisted with New Hire events where I greeted candidates, processed all necessary work authorization documentation, took badge photos, assisted candidates with the drug testing process, and adjudicated the drug test results.
  • In April 2024, I accepted an offer with Human Resources as an HR Associate Partner, with on-site PXT at MQY1. I work closely with every department in the building to provide support and deliver Amazon policy-related feedback and information when needed. Since joining PXT, I have implemented team-building activities to increase morale. I have provided suggestions and ideas to our HR Leadership for our on-boarding process and received positive feedback. I regularly assisted in providing important feedback to the Program Managers who are in charge of our site's HR pilot program, called HRx. My current captainships are unemployment and attrition. I also support our GMA with on-site engagements by setting up and helping to facilitate the events for FHD.
  • In October of 2024, I helped with Amazon's Delivering the Future global event by assisting with tours.
  • I put together a design concept and cost projection for our site's Multi-Faith Room Refresh. It was accepted by the Senior Operations team in November of 2024, and was approved by Finance in March of this year. I am currently in process of seeing this project to completion by June 15th this year.

Additional Information

I had the privilege of staying at home to raise my 4 children for almost 11 years, which explains the gap in my employment history. While at home, I performed all the necessary bookkeeping duties for my husband's construction company and home schooled my children 4 of those years as well.
