• Knowledge and understanding of prelim CD’s and title commitments, HOI coverage and property tax requirements, how to interpret declaration pages and tax certifications, appraisals, flood certifications, purchase contracts and addendum requirements.

• Worked on a project with Compliance, IT and Sales to create a new LOS system for a third party Lender. During this project, I worked inside said third party lender’s system to create document packages - both initial and closing - and did a document analysis and integrity with the Compliance team.
• Work with Loan Officers to obtain appraisals, invoices, title fees, and title work to ensure closings happen on time.
• Prepare loan closing documents within LOS (Encompass).

• Complete an accurate and compliant Closing Disclosure to be provided to the borrower within the TRID timing guideline requirements.
