Career Goals & Next Steps
My goal is to continue growing within the company and contributing in meaningful ways. If offered the position, I would love to discuss a Regional Coach role within the Great Lakes region that allows me to continue leading Coach Development Training Camps and supporting coach onboarding across regions. If not moving forward in that direction, I would like to propose a Team Leader, Technical Training role to oversee Team Member Technical Trainers while continuing my work as Onboarding Specialist. Ensuring both programs remain aligned, consistent, and impactful.
