My dad was first diagnosed with Parkinson's in February of 2018. We as a family decided it was best for him to retire for good. On April 19, 2019 my mom had fallen and shattered her right shoulder. We lost my mom on the 4/27/2019, we told my dad since i had not gone back to work yet, that I would stay home and be his caregiver. We as a family vowed that we would not put him in a home. We would keep him home with us as long as we could. Dad was re-diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia with Parkinson's Traits.

So on a daily basis I got him up out of bed, before breakfast medication, breakfast & coffee, rest of his morning medication.

Take him to doctors appointments when he needed to go.

Make lunch and afternoon medication.

I would just sit and be with him when not doing things around the house.

• Prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines, and accept payments
• Cook food or prepare food items, such as sandwiches, pizza, and bag cookies, using standard formulas or following directions
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary
• Balance receipts and payments in cash registers.
• Maintained a clean and organized workspace, promoting a welcoming environment for customers.
• Counted money in drawers at beginning and end of each shift.
