Support the Organic Social Media Team with executional responsibilities to help the strategy come to life across the platforms including, but not limited to developing creative briefs, manage the creative feedback process, and creating assets (i.e. TikTok videos) for the platforms.

• Manage workflow process for content creation and approval through various management tools.
• Assist in monitoring Best Egg social platforms and identifying real-time engagement opportunities with customers.
• Support team in developing recaps and pulling metrics from social management tools/social platforms to share with broader team and leadership.
• Assist in identifying trends across platforms where Best Egg can lean into messaging that is relevant to our business/brand.
• Collaboration with the paid Social Team to ensure consistency and integration in creative and messaging.
• Stay up to date on best practices and trends within organic social space.
• Optimize creative based on insights and performance metrics.
• Understand what types of creative work best across each platform to help evolve the social strategy as we continue to grow.

• Sustainability Communications and Non Profit Start Up Social, Develop story telling initiatives around slow fashion/sustainability/locally made through social channels and multi faceted touch points.
• Capture and concept content to support initiatives.
• Liaison with designer participants and organize content for social media.
• Develop and plan calendar for launch and content release.
• Work closely with Gigi Burris O'Hara, Board members, and Fashion Designers to support launch.
• Update website with current press surrounding launch.
• Concept ideas for fundraising initiatives, communication outreach across multiple channels.

• Set up and take down events.
• Serve food and drink, and maintain buffet supplies.
• Answer guest questions about menu items.
• Triage customer concerns to ensure guests have unique dining.
• Work in teams and independently.
