Daily activities are to perform white board meetings, follow and instill the Campus GC and Client safety standards, Maintain schedule and adjust accordingly, Approve CMOP's and PTP's, Request laydown approvals, Hot work permits and applicable Quip requests for disablement, prior to work progression. This includes 3 types of projects, Type A, B, & C projects.

These projects include F16, RRL, Dual Source, Heat Exchanger Upgrade, Safety Showers, Valve Chain and Tagging, Safety Rails, Roof Repairs, MPOE Busway, DCC Cable Slots, Light Engine Upgrade, ERAD Cooling Upgrade, MPOE 4 Structural Upgrade, Golf Cart Charging Stations, DAS Upgrade, ROIW Remediation. Manage projects; from receiving equipment, QAQC, Asset tagging, placement, Conduit installs, Rack installs, Wire installs, Labeling, Metering, First time Energization, Level 3 and 4 inspections during QAQC.

Installed equipment under my supervision, includes Air handling units, ATS's, BMS Cabinets, distribution panels, Transformers, Generators, Heat Exchangers, Leak Detectors, Load Bank Switch Boards, Main Switch Boards, PTX's, PDU's, RPP's, Side cars, STC's, UPS's, VFD's, Ducting, FSD's, and Chemical Dosing.

Maintained a written daily log of activities on the job site. Supervised architectural interior work for commercial and residential buildings, including molding, crown trim and installing room accessories for owners. Performed general construction services for commerical and commercial businesses, including remodels and punch-outs for commercial and residential projects. Performed quality control duties and responsibilities. Kept track of all inventory, including supplies and materials to help ensure against loss. Gathered project material submittals and maintained records of approvals.

Picked, packed, received, and restocked products with forklift, and lift truck. Ensured that employees were adequately trained on processes and equipment use. Arranged and stored materials, machines, tools and equipment. Reviewed engineering documentation to determine order of construction operations. Retained clients and obtained referrals by promptly resolving customer complaints, providing value and ensuring quality. Evaluated architectural plans and consulted with clients to gain a deep understanding of project plan and objectives. Painted walls, exteriors and interiors of buildings and furniture using brushes, rollers and spray guns. Completed all repairs and maintenance work to company standards. Maintained tools, equipment and work sites. Kept supervisor informed of job progress and material requirements, Implemented site safety programs in accordance with contract requirements and applicable regulations.

Documented; orders, daily activities, weekly schedules and team performance. Managed submittals and the processing of Requests for Information between the general contractor, owner and the owner's consultants. Completed indoor and outdoor residential and commercial construction projects. Assist skilled workers with construction projects in all phases of rough and finish carpentry.
