• Prepared court documents for filing in alignment with established protocols including criminal sentencing documents, scheduling orders, and proofreading judicial opinions.

Temporary Position

• Prepared subpoenas and client correspondence on behalf of Assistant Attorney Generals in Child Advocacy Division, including subpoenas and notices of representation for juvenile dependency cases.
• Conducted legal research, organized evidence and identified relevant legal documents to use for court proceedings. Worked closely with Department of Human Services caseworkers and managers.
• Created tracking system for cases for document timeliness and to guarantee attorneys were prepared for court appearances; tracked case files to ensure record retention compliance.

• Appointed Acting Compliance Manager: Developed HIPAA-based privacy oversight program, supervised auditing teams, assigned work, set auditing division goals, and addressed personnel issues.
