WalkMe Program Management:

  • Product owner and solution developer for the Walkme for Workday, responsible for ongoing enhancements, WDR1 and WDR2 releases including all related regression testing and content updates
  • Directed the separation of the GE WalkMe account, to create three distinct Walkme systems for GE Vernova, GE Aerospace and GE HealthCare
  • Led the deployment of the WalkMe All-in-One Extension to ensure seamless integration and continued functionality across the transition to three distinct companies


HR System Transition

  • Played lead role in transition of HR systems under my ownership focusing on business continuity, TSA exit planning, and knowledge transfer to new ownership teams
