Backup Duties

  • Critical Incident Operations Specialist – Ability to set up and organize a command post for a largescale takedown or crisis- situation. Knowledge of how to utilize FBI systems such as VCC, ATAK, Orion, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Sentinel Crisis and train others on how to use them. Worked as a liaison between upper management and the crisis management team on how to utilize the VCC and presented how the VCC could be utilized during a takedown.
  • Optical Systems Operator – Routinely fly 2 to 3 mission flights a month. Ability to conduct surveillance by operating the camera system while continuously effectively communicating with a ground team. Responsible for assisting the pilot with pre-flight procedures including communicating the preflight checklists to the pilot. Responsible for getting the camera operational and troubleshooting any issues, before takeoff.
