Mary Julia Killough

By shadowing Dr. Day and Dr. Reardon, I was able to gain valuable experience and knowledge in various specialties in the medical field. I was able to observe day to day activities, patient interactions, and decision making processes involved in medical care.

At Local Mission Project, I developed strong teamwork and leadership skills, whilst completing various tasks for the community. These tasks included: constructing wheel chair ramps and decks, large-scale painting projects, clean-up/organizing of underserved schools in the area, and preparing meals for people in need.
