I check guests in for hotel reservations and monitor time for rooms to be ready. I monitor guest requests and complaints and try to resolve them. I also assist guests with dining reservations and ticket purchase and maneuvering through the My Disney Experience App. I was a club level concierge for 14 years. I did this at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and was a concierge trainer and facilitated orientation for new cast members at that resort. I am currently at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge,

Prior to this I worked in all four Disney Parks.

Performed surveys capturing where guests were from and how they rated experiences for company marketing purposes.

Temporary assignment during a two year sweepstakes promotion in which guest were randomly selected to win prizes from pin lanyards to over night stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite or vacation stays.

Had a management TA (Temporary Assignment) working Kilimanjaro Safari, Gorilla Falls and Rafiki Planet Watch. Was also responsible for African International cast members.

Successfully monitored opening or closing of attractions. Monitored that the attractions ran smoothly and responded timely to any down times. Monitored cast member break times. Assisted management in downtime situations. Did this for the following attractions: Mission Space, Test Track, Spaceship Earth, Universe of Energy at Epcot and Kilimanjaro Safari at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

I facilitated park orientation for new cast members at both Epcot and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

I was an attraction hostess and trainer for It’s Tough To Be A Bug, Festival of The Lion King and Kilimanjaro Safari. I also facilitated orientation for new cast at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
