I have managed large development program and have superseded the expected results
The program that i was managing had many challenges as the it was the first time US government was issuing funding directly to a Lesotho based local NGO. So adhering to all requirements and performing to the expected standards proved to be a challenge. I had to dedicate my time to hand hold the local NGO, setting weekly targets for them and pushing hard that they improve and they are seen to be weathy to have received that funding. They improved significantly and finally became the best and biggest local implementing patner
