Mason Adams

• As a member of the Chick-Fil-A staff, every day is a new day to strive for excellence. As a Shift Captain, my duties are to support the directors who lead the shifts and help everyone get in their positions to make sure the day is ran as smooth as possible.
• Many of my responsibilities include:

- Discussing the plan for the day, and getting our employees in their spots.

- Maintaining a safe, friendly, and efficient work environment

- Ensuring the Chick-Fil-A standard is met daily.

• Unloaded, sorted and stocked merchandise according to store layout and product placement.
• Maintained effective team member communication.
• Placed products in correct storage locations to keep stock areas organized and inventory counts accurate.
• Performed inventory control, such as counting, and stocking merchandise.

• Maintained optimal supply levels and organized materials to maximize productivity.
• Met trucks daily, loaded stock onto shelves.
• Maintained 45+ hours weekly.
