Mason Ashcraft

As a recent college graduate with a degree in finance, I see the potential for this degree to open up various career opportunities for me. Having been a student-athlete for the last four years, I understand the level of hard work and commitment required, and I am prepared to apply these qualities wherever this degree and my drive takes me. I come from a family with strong connections to real estate and development. My father is a fourth-generation home builder, and my mother is a residential real estate agent. During a summer internship at DXD Capital, a CRE Development company, I discovered my passion for the process and action that goes on behind the scenes to make a project come to life. This experience taught me how to collaborate with a team to achieve long-term goals. I'm eager to gain more experience in home building and development. I work for a custom homebuilding company that also engages in infill community development. I am writing the entire company's process and procedure manual to help me understand the complex development process. With the knowledge I already possess, the information I am learning daily, and the principles I have developed over my four years as a top-of-my-class student and driven student-athlete, I would be an incredible addition to any company.
