I was a Seasonal ump for the spring and fall league of the Millbrae lions baseball league mainly for spring. This was a freelance job that people with baseball knowledge could participate in. I started this Job as a 8th grader around 13 years old till my sophomore year. I enjoyed this job for the aspects of being one of the main umpires that was always called on and was well respected on the coaches. Due to this I was able to prevent altercations between other umpires and coaches. This job required thicker skin due to constant heckling from parents as well as coaches. Making quick decisions using prior knowledge and studying of the game of baseball Overall a great First Job
