Mason Breneman

I help assist disabled children during their hippotherapy sessions. I am responsible for all barn work including walking horses, getting them ready for lessons, cleaning barn and tack, and more. I need communication skills to ensure the safety of the child and horse as well as time management skills to quickly prepare horses for lessons.

I help to organize clothes in thrift store operations. I also need to communicate with customers when I am out front. When I am in the back of the store, I need to communicate with other volunteers to ensure the clothes are sorted correctly and put in the right place.

I helped tutor student athletes for NHS volunteer hours. I needed to cover a wide range of topics such as math, chemistry, and English. I also needed to motivate students to not fail out of school and improve their grades.
