Pre-sales and Solution Development

• Development of technical solutions at a global level to meet customer-specific business outcomes in the following solution spaces:
• SAP Consulting Services, Platform modernization, datacenter transformation, Hybrid Cloud
• Overall deal pursuit (pre-sales) orchestration across multiple business units to ensure the end solution appears as a single, complete package of services to the customer
• Lead discovery calls with customers to father requirements, understand end goals and build relationships
• Provide resource allocation dependent on the skillsets required to realize the solution, determine where to utilize onshore versus offshore resources, and determine where subcontractors are necessary to provide required skillsets
• Assess technical impact of multiple technologies/strategies
• Identify and address technical or operational risks including security and overall project risks
• Handling of deal governance and compliance processes
• Development and ownership of the Statement of Work to the customer
• Heavy involvement in customer conversation to formulate the price-to-win, fully develop solution requirements, and enable pricing negotiations
• Managed anywhere from 5-10 enterprise engagements at a time

Financial Responsibilities

• Developing the financial model for solutions which encompasses the cost structure, business unit overheads and margins, and pricing structure to fit the customers' needs
• Cost management by way of negotiations with subcontractors to ensure the company receives the external services required at a cost beneficial to the customer
• Collaboration with business unit leadership and finance to create alignment on costs and cashflows for a given solution
• Participate in weekly and quarterly leadership meetings to align and assist with forecasting budgets in a given solution area
• Provide input to leadership on KPIs and growth strategies for future quarters
