As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile!

The person selected for this position will be under the direct supervision of the Childcare Director and Camp Director and will be responsible for providing an appropriately safe, caring and enriching environment for the children enrolled in the YMCA Camp program. Counselors are responsible for conducting themselves in an appropriate manner, setting an example for children, parents and co-workers by reflecting the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Counselors are responsible for complying with all YMCA Childcare Policies and Procedures.

The Competitive Sports Supervisor will assume all leadership duties before, during, and after their shift, relating to participants, spectators, staff, and facility management. They will act as a first responder in the event of an injury, or unruly behavior. The supervisor is the direct link between the Competitive Sports Coordinator and all aspects of the Intramural program at the ground level. They should be a leader amongst their peers and provide both positive and constructive criticism to help the officials improve.
