Mason Hunt

• Collect and track monthly dues and any special assessments
• Deposit funds and maintain association bank accounts
• Pay recurring bills (utilities, insurance, maintenance, etc.) on time
• Maintain accurate financial records (income, expenses, balances)
• Prepare and present a simple monthly financial report to the board
• Help develop and monitor the annual budget
• Maintain and track reserve funds for future repairs and projects
• Coordinate with tax preparers or accountants as needed
• Ensure basic financial transparency for homeowners

Maintenance & Upkeep (Minor Duties):

• Handle or coordinate small repairs (e.g., light fixtures, minor exterior fixes, basic upkeep)
• Identify maintenance issues and bring larger concerns to the board
• Obtain quotes or coordinate vendors for repairs beyond minor scope
• Help ensure common areas are kept clean, safe, and functional
