Fast learner, as well as a very hard working & determined employee, especially when I find a job that can give me chances to grow as a person, so that I am able to become the best version of myself, & help the company grow as well.
With my priorities in life already set, I have goals I am always working towards to achieve, & I am willing to make sacrifices, which, proven by looking back at the summers of 2021/2022, instead of having a typical summer like most students, I was in different states, training to become a soldier within the Minnesota Army National Guard.
During my time in both BCT (Basic Combat Training) & AIT (Advanced Individual Training), I learned what it truly means to be disciplined & have attention to detail in both my internal, & external life. I finished any task put in front of me, no matter how stressful the situation or environment. I completed AIT with nearly perfect scores on all of my tests, & was selected to be the Platoon Guide, which helped me build skills on leadership & management of a team. I am very trustworthy, & will go the extra mile for a friend/partner, because I believe that as a person, it is our duty to help each other, whether it benefits us or not.
