I have 10 years of sales and account management experience with a background in lumber trading and safety supplies. My job has been to facilitate and manage all orders on file through to delivery including but not limited to credit, logistics and customer relationship management. My specialty is to build and maintain lasting relationships with repeat customers through daily interactions and sincere customer service with a focus on cold calls and prospecting to keep the sales pipeline full. I am proficient in the Japanese language.
