I started as a dishwasher. I worked my way up to a position where I was running the line while I worked there. I was in charge of cooking the main seafood and salad portion of our menu. I was also in charge of plating and selling the food as well as managing the pace that we operated at.
I umpired recreational Baseball and Softball games in my county. This included meeting with coaches, calling the game, and sometimes working with a second umpire for more important events like tournaments.
I worked on Baseball fields for my school district and prepared them for games. This involved traditionally setting up fields as well as taking care of them before and after storms (covering the fields, pumping the water out, etc.) so that they could continue to be used without damage.
