Matheus Moraes

As a Re,ident Advisor (RA), I was responsible for holding residents accountable to community standards while collaborating with a team to plan and execute inclusive and engaging events. I developed strong relationships with residents, fostering a supportive and welcoming living environment. I also maintained building security by conducting routine rounds and coordinating move-in and move-out processes to ensure smooth transitions. Additionally, I provided individualized support to residents facing a variety of personal challenges. I led regular floor meetings to address concerns, communicate policy updates, and strengthen community engagement. And also, I've cleaned rooms and adjusted beds for the residents' needs. In the summer, I helped with renovating the Resident Hall as well.

As part of the Athletic Crew, I was responsible for a variety of tasks, including pre-game setup and post-game breakdown. I also worked in concessions, managed the softball scoreboard, and handled music for all sporting events.
