Responsible for the analysis, design and revision of multiple doctrinal training programs to include AH-64,CH-47F and UH-60 Aircrew Training Manuals. Develops training support packages for unit level task execution. Conducts mission and job analysis utilizing Critical Task Site Selection Board for Nonrated crewmember tasks.

Responsible for the oversight and managment of Non-Rated (NRCM) and Non Crewmember (NCM) qualifictions, evalustions, sustainment training and gunnery programs. Ensures proper management of NRCM and NCM Aircrew Training Program and record keeping procedures of Battalion and Company level Individual Aircrew Training Folders and Individual Flight Records Folder. Coordinates and ensures all evaluations are completed in accordance with policies and directives for CH-47F and UH-60 airframes.

Serves as Company Standardization Instructor at United states Army Aviation Center Of Excellence. Responsible for the maintenance and administration of Aircrew Training Progam. Instructs U.S. Army, allied aviators and crewmemers in systems and subsystems of the CH-47F. Conducts, trains, and evaluates preflight procedures, internal and external load operations, confined area operations, emergency procedures and Night Vision Goggles operations.

Responsible for monitoring CH-47F aircrafts systems; applied maintenance management principles to complete rapid diagnosis of complex equipment faults using maintenance directives, technical manual, and SOPs ensuring airworthiness and aircraft integrity.
