My upbringing, vast scope of work experiences and combination of unique life circumstances set me apart from my CFD members. Being an extremely motivated firefighter, having the capability to think quickly under pressure and remain composed in stressful situations gives me a huge advantage in taking on the position of engineer. Over 15 years of experience in wildland and structure fire suppression has provided me with excellent mechanical skills and problem solving abilities. As a senior firefighter, my motivation and dedication make me an effective mentor and leader. Working many different jobs before being hired on to the CFD has provided opportunities to work productivity with anyone. Wisdom and confidence to be able to mitigate conflicts and quickly resolve issues is a unique skill I posses.
