My role is the affluent relationship manager. I work with high net worth clients through a book of business that I have built. I help drive growth in investments, balances and lending through my knowledge and experience of banking products and investment options. I work closely with my financial advisor to help clients set and reach financial goals by creating a customized financial plan. I build long lasting relationships with clients by continuing follow ups calls and meetings to track financial goals and there progress.
This is where I started my career as a relationship manager for affluent customers. At Chase, I was given a branch book of business that I would work for potential leads that would grow deposits and investments for the branch. Working closely with the financial advisor, financial plans were the key to success and growing investments and deposits.
