Safety is always 1st and foremost on my mind in day to day operations. Oversee the day to operations of the rig. trouble shout any issues and fix the equipment. Guide the crew through critical operations and normal operations if needed. Such mentoring new employees to company or new to a position on the rig. Handled all daily, weekly and monthly paperwork that needed to be turned in.

• My main objective on a day to day basis is the safety of the crew. The crew is may most important asset on location. Their safety is First and foremost. Being out with the hands and performing hands on training. Teaching them how to run equipment safely and efficiently is a must.
• Rig and equipment maintenance is 2nd. Without well maintained equipment the rig cannot provide quality service to the customer. Having the extra pieces and parts to minimize down time along with preventative maintenance is key to a successfully operation.
• Supervised, directed and trained workover rig crew to comply with safety and operational procedures.
• Addressed and resolved team members and customer concerns and disputes to build cohesive workgroup.
• Initiated and fostered productive partnerships.
• Inspected and maintained rig and equipment to strive for continual improvement and meet production criteria.
• Anticipated, troubleshot and resolved operational and equipment issues to minimize rig downtime.
• Managed rig operations, production, maintenance and costs to meet business objectives.
• Oversaw daily operations at site, keeping team production moving at optimal pace.
• Inspected sights to evaluate safety, operations and crew performance against objectives.
