• Willows: Strengthened Learning and Productivity modules, improved training structure, validated line rates, and established foundational performance standards.
• Oostburg: Leveraged higher system maturity to implement advanced tools such as the Changeover Clock for large changeovers, increasing visibility and accountability.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards integrating Redzone and ERP data to provide leadership with clear performance visibility and trends.
• Assess Redzone effectiveness by validating measurement systems and standards before deep-dive analysis.
• Combine data analysis with frontline engagement, using shop-floor “heartbeat checks” to ensure insights reflect reality.
• Create Control & Reaction Plans enabling operators and leaders to identify abnormal conditions and take timely corrective action.
• Facilitate Kaizen and FIT events focused on downtime reduction, yield improvement, and standard work implementation.
