In 2024 I was asked to transition to our ITAD operations to rebuild and restructure the department. This involved researching and working with new hardware components and getting a baseline understanding of functionality and purpose of various networking, A/V and industrial devices. Upon completion I was able to write procedures and processes for future employees to follow, thus making the department self-sustainable.
After completing my rebuild of the ITAD department, I transitioned to finance. There I restructured our bookkeeping practices and streamlined processes. As bookkeeping was something I had not learned yet, I spent a month learning the process and was able to restructure within 90 days. This is my current position with the company.
I was the store manager of retail/repair computer shop of Dymin Systems. I managed and mentored employees in retail sales and all aspects of computer repair.
