  • Design and implement the year-round training program. Process-oriented training program built around being smart, tough, and relentless in our pursuit of improvement.
  • A holistic approach is required, as we look to build better men, not just better athletes.
  • Collaborated with coaching staff to assess athletes' performance and needs for training optimization.
  • Post-Season Bowl invite with 75 new players on the roster
