door installations. Approved pay daily with all sub-contractors for jobs performed during their pay period.

  • Formulated policies and procedures to streamline operations including Salesforce CRM implementation and taking the company completely paperless.
  • Formulated and completed payroll bi-weekly for all employees both W-2 and 1099.
  • Responsible for handling all customer complaints and created a customer service culture that kept all ratings from Google to BBB very high and respectful which attributed to the growth of the company and created residual business.

  • Conducted sales meetings for both Southern Siding and Window and Enloe Residential in Aiken, SC. Southern Siding and Window is the flagship company of Southern Industries. Enloe Residential was the gutter, roofing, and patio cover division of the company. Enloe also served as the rehash company that went behind all of the leads not sold by Southern to get the most revenue possible out of the Central Savannah River Area.
  • Lead generation for Southern was inbound, shows, and canvass. I was responsible for managing sales people from both Southern and Enloe which involves two different sales methodologies.
