Unloaded trucks using pallet jacks and placed products on pallets for each department. Other responsibility while unloading truck was to make sure any hardgood product over $100 in value was marked off as us receiving the product from that days truck. Mainly responsible for putting up products in Hunting and Fishing. Once completed with my department would move over to lend assistant with other departments to complete freight in timely manner. During opening hours on floor was responsible for assisting customers with finding products and answering questions. During non truck days was responsible for making sure receiving was clean and ready for next truck. this was accomplished by running forklift to place products in steel along with sweeping and cleaning.

Responsible for stocking Lawn and Garden with help of Reach Truck or ForkLift. Worked outside in all weather conditions to make sure customers were assisted and Garden center was clean and organized. During spring and summer peak seasons would help load rock, mulch, and pavers either by hand or forklift. During holiday peak season would trim and wrap Christmas Trees. Other responsibilities included setting POG's as well as unloading deliveries and checking off product for Garden center.

Responsible for managing 11 people including 9 sales reps, 1 Admin and 1 ASM. Daily responsibilities included making sure daily metrics were meet and exceeded. All equipment was logged in the system for sale and deposit was completed and sent to bank. My work day consisted of multitasking with watching reps on the floor along with answering emails and conference calls. Majority of my time was on the floor coaching my reps not only in selling phones but home services as well. My responsibility also included the hiring and firing of associates while navagating the landscape of the Union.

Responsible for assisting Store Manager with day to day operations of the store. Managed opening procedures to ensure products were out and charged and ready for demonstration. Was also responsible for making sure cash bags were correct and that previous day deposit was either completed or signed off on. Managed closing procedure making sure all demos were locked up as well as making sure all registers were closed with daily totals correct and cash bags were secured in safe. Had to also ensure EOD printed out and was correct. Was floor general out on the floor during peak times ensuring each rep was maximizing each sale and giving great customer service. Handled any escalations to manager to ensure customer left happy.
