I over see the Slot Tech's and make sure they are working there assigned areas in the casino, as well as completing all of there necessary paper work. I also submit the required paper work for doing any repairs on the slot machines that involves opening the Logic door which is the CPU inside the slot machine. I also assist the Tier level 1 techs when they need help resolving any issues on the slot machines, as well as assisting our Tier level 2 techs on the more advance issues. I also work with facility when they need games moved etc, as well as assist our third party vendors. With there machines our the signs above the machines. I also help train the new hires and help them with there paper work

• I am responsible for maintaining the games in my assigned area of the casino.I am also responsible for following up on game changes install and removals in my assigned section of the casinoI am also responsible for following up with gaming commission on getting games sealedI am also responsible for following up with third party vendors on their machines that are down

• I oversee 10 to 15 EG Floor Attendants at a time to make sure the customers are being taken care of in a timely Over seeing Payouts to customers to ensure proper customer service

• Extensive troubleshooting knowledge of game hardware and software including lock installationExtensive knowledge in the maintenance of NRT Quick Jack KioskRecord keeping for game information and game issues
